Ann has eleven years of experience contracting in the web industry. She has worked as lead web developer for online business education firm University Access, and project-managed the creation of online multimedia courses through the design and development process phases. Courseware included extensive interactive exercises using animation, XML, custom CSS, video, audio, and documentation. Her initial Internet experiences revolved around work at the J. Paul Getty Trust.

Shahbaaz started web developing as an undergraduate, and now holds a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology. For the online gaming startup gocrosscampus.com, he was Marketing Engineer. He’s very passionate about internet technologies, social media, and emerging technologies. At Lentini Design he focuses on web development and search engine optimization.

Leanna is a graduate of New England Conservatory in Boston where she received her Master’s Degree in Violin Performance in 1992. She later attended the School of the Museum of Fine Arts. Now with 14 years of experience, Leanna’s clean, fresh, disciplined yet lively design style is very much sought after and appreciated. She has worked with Caruso Affiliated, CBS Paramount TV, The Doors: 40th Anniversary Book, DJM Capital Partners, FedEx: United Way Fundraising Campaign, Kathy Ireland Home by Alta, Scholastic Books and Sony Pictures. Leanna has been with Lentini Design since 2008, using her design talents primarily on print design and web user interface design. She especially enjoys being part of this dynamic team.

Alan began his career as a graphic designer for the EPA, and has been Lead Designer at Lentini Design for over 7 years. He has designed a wide variety of print pieces, and also programs in HTML and via several CMS platforms: WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, and RedDot.

Allie received her BA in Communication from University of Southern California’s Annenberg School in 2007.  While at USC, Allie explored various art forms before finding her passion in design and illustration.  Since graduating, Allie has drawn medical cartoons for DNAScribe and designed custom shoes as an IC at TOMS events in addition to creating T-shirts for a multitude of groups (including USC’s Throws Team and LaVerne’s Iota Delta sorority) and events, from family reunions to weddings. She enjoys collaborating with the Lentini team and is excited for the opportunity to work with the company.

With a B.S. in Communications and an MBA in Marketing, Pamela is uniquely skilled in developing creative strategies that achieve superlative marketing results.  Pamela started her career in a national ad agency, then switched to the client side as Marketing Director for PepsiCo and Marriott before starting her own business in 1992.  The winner of six Addy awards, she has 25 years experience in all facets of marketing, branding, copywriting and traditional and social media, working with a diversity of clients across a broad range of sectors. For Lentini Design, she is an asset in strategic marketing and in all aspects of copywriting, across a broad range of sectors.

Laura Weaver has a lifelong interest in how people communicate and connect. She views social media as an exciting extension of this interest. Her undergraduate degree is in Mass Communications, she holds a certificate in interactive media design and practice, and she will soon complete a Master’s degree in Psychology. Her past work experience includes customer service management for a computer-related B2C business, and creating and conducting communication trainings. At Lentini Design, Laura focuses on web design, development, and social media implementation.
